Since 2009, the demand for different coatings and improved coating methods has moved forward rapidly. During this time, we have increased our involvement with the research and development of coating technology and have spearheaded advances in anti-microbial additives like our Surface13 creation.

The Surface13 additive was developed by head of the business Tony Hudson and Polygiene Biomaster. The specialist anti-microbial coating means he can offer an added layer of protection against bacterial and fungal growth while reducing the microbial load. It gives peace of mind to Surface Finishing’s customers when applying their chosen paint or coating.

With 20 years of experience in the industry, Tony has worked with leading businesses. This experience has enabled him to drive the research and development aspect of Surface Finishing forward, creating a variety of custom projects.
